Instructions and eating

  • Cook the artichokes and the turmeric for 30 minutes
  • Add sea salt to taste
  • Eat a half hour before meals, as an appetizer

2.  Treat your fatty liver with roasted artichokes and lemon

People who love artichokes will further enjoy their flavor, and obtain more benefits, if they grill them. You can wrap it in aluminum foil and cook it for at least 40 minutes. Just enough to make the heart tender.
