The second way is to absorb vitamin E is in foods that are rich in it. Some of these are: olive, almond, or soy oil. You also need to apply it once a day, after bathing, and you can remove it with a wet cloth 15 minutes later.

Homemade Aloe Vera Cream


  • 1/2 cup of virgen olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of aloe vera gel
  • 6 capsules of vitamin E
  • 4 capsules of vitamin A


Combine all the ingredients using a blender.

You should apply this on the affected areas with a gentle massage until it is completely absorbed. You can save the cream in a clean container, covered in the refrigerator.
