  • To balance out the dehydrating effects that cold or hot temperatures can have on your skin, make sure to keep your body nice and dehydrated. So, don’t forget to drink at least two liters of water per day!

  • A 15-minute daily exercise routine. A simple exercise routine aimed at strengthening your chest muscles and toning up the skin in that area is a good place to start. For example, you can use a few hand weights, lifting them in front of your chest to shoulder-height several times.
