Work, money problems, obligations… All of these cause a lot of stress.

In today’s world, more and more people are looking for natural remedies for controlling anxiety.  They’re also looking to fight its symptoms.

In this article, we want to tell you about the most efficient ones.

Anxiety: When? Why?

Feeling anxious and nervous is very common for people today. However, this doesn’t mean that it’s good or we like it. What we know for certain is that many people go for appointments related to this consequence of current life.

Everyone has problems with different things. However, sometimes they affect some more than others. The most common symptoms of anxiety are:

  • Insomnia and problems getting to sleep
  • Raised blood pressure, increased heart rate, and palpitations
  • Tension, irritability, and bad moods
  • The inability to concentrate, make decisions or keep calm
  • The feeling of tingling in extremities, shortness of breath, dizziness, and shakiness.

First of all, it’s important to know that anxiety is more frequent in certain periods of life.

It appears in your body as a reaction to a perceived danger. It makes you alert, ready for an unfavorable situation. Because of this, you can’t rest. Your heart beats a thousand times a minute.

It’s normal to feel anxiety in everyday events. For instance, this happens in job interviews, in tests, weddings, or moving.

However, when the pressure and problems overwhelm you all the time, you may be suffering from a more serious anxiety.
