1. Rosemary, lemon and garlic

Rosemary has several anti-fungal substances important for the treatment against fungi, as well as healing properties to eliminate any marks caused by fungi on your feet.

Meanwhile, garlic is a powerful antifungal, antibacterial, antimicrobial and natural antiseptic. These properties make it an ideal ingredient for treatments against fungi.

Finally, the lemon acts as a fungicide. Thanks to being a citrus fruit, it’s capable of eliminating certain infections at the root. It also helps eliminate odors and refresh the skin.


  • 2 cups of water (500 ml)
  • 1 lemon
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • ½ cup of rosemary leaves (50 g)

What should you do?

  • Heat the two cups of water in a pot. Cut the lemon with its peel and add them to the boiling water together with the garlic and rosemary leaves.
  • After boiling for 10 minutes, let the mixture cool and then refrigerate it.
  • This preparation should be used to wash the affected area daily. With this treatment, the fungi will be eliminated quickly.

2. Yogurt and lemon


Yogurt is a simple and natural fungicide that’s very useful. This dairy product contains large amounts of healthy bacteria that fight fungi.

Lemon, in addition to cooling your skin and eliminating odors that may cause fungus in the affected area, increases the effectiveness of yogurt.


  • ½ a glass of yogurt (100 g)
  • 5 drops of lemon juice

What should you do?

  • Mix the yogurt with the lemon drops and spread the preparation directly on the affected areas.
  • Leave on for at least one hour. Then, wash thoroughly with plenty of water.
  • Dry the area completely, because if it is left wet, it will be easier to spread fungi.

3. Apple cider vinegar


There are many types of vinegar, but apple cider vinegar is useful for different aspects of daily life. In addition, it has an important function in the treatment of skin conditions. You can use it easily by mixing it with water.


  • 4 cups of water (1 liter)
  • 2 cups of apple cider vinegar (500 ml)

What should you do?

  • Just add the vinegar to the liter of water and mix well.
  • With this liquid, the affected area should be submerged for 20 minutes daily to see rapid improvements.

4. Olive leaves


Not only delicious olives or olive oil come from the olive tree. Its leaves also have numerous properties to take care of the body, including the treatment of fungi. In this case, you can make a paste with olive leaves that you can use as a fungicide.


  • ½ cup of fresh olive leaves (50 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of water (30 ml)

What should you do?

  • Make a paste with the olive leaves by grinding them in a mortar.
  • Place the preparation on the affected area and leave on for half an hour. It is preferable to cover it with plastic or a bag.
  • When finished, wash with warm water and dry very carefully. The treatment requires using this mixture 3 times a day, daily, until you see the results.

5. Tea tree oil

Tea tree oil contains natural compounds that exert a strong antifungal action. Thanks to its antiseptic characteristics, it prevents the growth of the fungus and the spread of infections. In addition, it’s easy to get at the supermarket.

Tea Tree Oil


  • 3 tablespoons of tea tree oil (45 ml)
  • ¼ glass of tea (50 ml)
  • ¼ glass of olive oil (50 ml)
  • 3 tablespoons of aloe vera gel (45 ml)

What should you do?

  • Mix the ingredients and apply the preparation to the affected areas three times a day.
  • If the infection is vaginal, it is recommended to apply a tampon of tea tree oil and introduce it for two or three hours in the vagina. With a week, you’ll notice results.
