The stage that leads to menopause stages is a difficult transition for many women who are plagued by uncomfortable symptoms in their body.

To begin, it’s very important to adopt new guidelines in regards to diet and lifestyle beforehand so that you can cope with menopause in a healthy manner. That is, prepare yourself with joy and, if possible, without medication.

For this purpose, evening primrose oil is a common remedy. It should, ideally, be added to other medicinal supplements and with nutritious foods that can help regulate hormones.

For example, we propose to follow this routine every morning:

  • One glass of water with the juice of half a lemon on an empty stomach
  • Evening primrose oil capsules
  • Fruits, nuts and whole grains for breakfast (banana, avocado, figs, oats, walnuts, and almonds) with vegan milk.

2. Heavy menstrual bleeding

There are women who suffer imbalances in their menstrual cycle at any age without having any major health problems. In fact, hormones are sensitive to many external factors such as stress, emotions, and diet, so there are many women who suffer from irregularities.

When bleeding is heavy, you may experience symptoms such as fatigue, weakness, anemia, paleness, etc. For this reason, we recommend a mix of the following ingredients:

  • Evening primrose oil
  • Borage oil
  • Sage
  • Calendula
  • Chasteberry
  • Chinese Angelica

Women live longer than men, but their concerns about aging often make them anxious. For instance, many worry when their skin becomes dehydrated over the years and loses its firmness and elasticity.

Consequently, the dreaded wrinkles appear around the face and throughout the body.

We recommend making this homemade lotion to help tone them down:

  • 2 tbsp of evening primrose oil
  • 1 tbsp rosehip oil
  • 4 tbsp of almond oil
  • 4 tbsp of aloe vera gel

  • First, mix the oils with the aloe vera gel.
  • Store in a closed bottle. Also, it’s not necessary to store it in the fridge.
  • Apply to your face and any other areas with wrinkles (hands, neck, etc.) twice a day.

  • To finish, add water if you want a more liquid mask.
  • Then, apply to your hair, and leave it on for half an hour.
  • Finally, wash it off with shampoo.
