Ingredients

  • ½ cup of apple cider vinegar (125 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon of essential lavender oil (15 ml)

Preparation

  • Pour the apple cider vinegar into a container and mix it with the essential lavender oil.
  • Close the container and leave it to sit for 10 to 12 hours.

Application

  • After 10 or 12 hours, dip a cotton ball into the mixture and apply it to armpits.
  • Use 2 times a day if you feel that’s necessary

Note: If you have sensitive skin, dilute the mixture slightly with water.

2. Baking soda and lemon oil

  • 2 tablespoons of baking soda (30 g)
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon oil (5 ml)

Preparation

Application

  • Clean armpits and gently massage the mixture into the areas.
  • Leave on for 20 minutes and wash off using a damp cloth.

  • Mix the sea salt with the lemon juice to make a grainy paste.

Application

  • Leave on for 10 more minutes and wash off.
  • Use daily.

  • 2 tablespoons of organic coconut oil (30 g)

Preparation

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until a homogeneous paste forms.

Application

  • Rub the treatment into armpits and leave on for 30 minutes.
  • Wash off with damp cloth.
