3. Going to bed right after dinner

4. Forget about fried foods
Fried foods are your enemy. Remember that they are filled with a lot of calories that you will not burn which causes you to gain fat. Also, they will make it so that you will not sleep well. At night, eat baked, grilled or steamed foods.
5. Don’t eat spicy foods

8. Don’t snack after dinner

9. Not eating dinner
Even if you don’t believe it, not eating dinner is not the solution that you need for weight loss. With this method, you will only have a harder time losing weight because your metabolism will slow down and you will be hungrier the next time that you eat.
Also, this can cause anxiety. And, as if that isn’t enough, you will lose muscle and start to look saggy. So, keep that in mind and don’t opt for this drastic solution. Take the necessary time to eat at least a piece of fruit and don’t go to bed on an empty stomach.
