1. Natural aloe facial toner

The aloe plant is almost magical and can provide us with many health benefits because it heals and regenerates skin cells.

Ingredients

  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of aloe gel (15 g)

Preparation and application

  • Mix both ingredients together.

  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 cups of water (500 ml)

  • Put the cucumber, previously chopped, into a pot with water and bring it to a boil.
  • Leave it to boil until it reduces by half and leave to cool down to room temperature.
  • Afterwards, move the water to a sterilized glass jar with a lid. You can keep it in the fridge for future use.
  • Apply using a cotton ball, covering your entire face. You should apply it at night, especially after showering.

3. Natural facial toner with rose water

This is a simple toner to make and we might very well already have all the ingredients on hand. If we have a garden, that’s where we’ll find this toner’s main ingredient.

  • Petals of 1 rose
  • 2 cups of water (500 ml)

Preparation and application

  • Add the rose petals to a pot with a half liter of water and let boil until the water has reduced by half.

  • 3 tablespoons of cold milk (45 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (25 g)

Preparation and application

6. Natural rice toner for combination skin

  • 1 part rice
  • 1 ½ part water

  • Mix both ingredients together in a glass container and store in a cool, dry and dark place.
