Make these natural toners and glow radiantly

1. Natural aloe facial toner

The aloe plant is almost magical and can provide us with many health benefits because it heals and regenerates skin cells.


  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of aloe gel (15 g)

Preparation and application

  • Mix both ingredients together.
  • When thoroughly mixed, wash face and rub on the mixture to face using a cotton ball. Let dry and leave on.

We advise that you apply the mixture at night, before sleeping. This tonic will hydrate and regenerate your skin cells, reaching even the deeper layers.

2. Natural cucumber toner

  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 cups of water (500 ml)

Preparation and application

  • Put the cucumber, previously chopped, into a pot with water and bring it to a boil.
  • Leave it to boil until it reduces by half and leave to cool down to room temperature.
  • Afterwards, move the water to a sterilized glass jar with a lid. You can keep it in the fridge for future use.
  • Apply using a cotton ball, covering your entire face. You should apply it at night, especially after showering.

3. Natural facial toner with rose water

This is a simple toner to make and we might very well already have all the ingredients on hand. If we have a garden, that’s where we’ll find this toner’s main ingredient.

  • Petals of 1 rose
  • 2 cups of water (500 ml)

Preparation and application

  • Add the rose petals to a pot with a half liter of water and let boil until the water has reduced by half.
  • After, turn off the heat and cover immediately. Leave to cool and later, store in the fridge.

  • Prepare a tea using the herbs and let cool.
  • After, strain the water and store it in a glass container with lid, in the refrigerator.
  • You can use it at night or in the mornings before applying your makeup.

5. Natural milk and honey toner for dry skin

For this toner, the honey is in charge of moisturizing skin and the milk hydrates considerably.


  • 3 tablespoons of cold milk (45 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (25 g)

Preparation and application

  • Mix the ingredients together and apply the resulting toner by using a ball. When applying to your face, focus on the zones where pores are more dilated and exposed.

6. Natural rice toner for combination skin

Rice boasts marvelous benefits. This is a popular treatment among Asian women.


  • 1 part rice
  • 1 ½ part water

Preparation and appliation

  • Mix both ingredients together in a glass container and store in a cool, dry and dark place.
  • Leave to prepare itself for the entire night. During this time, the rice will leave all of its nutrients in the water.
  • The next day, strain the water and store in a different lidded container. Store in fridge to keep it cool.
  • Apply the tonic at night before sleeping.
