Easy, Effective Natural Remedies with Pineapples

· June 7, 2018

Pineapples contain incredible amounts of vitamins and minerals, along with qualities that make them excellent at detoxing your body and flushing out excess fluids.

In addition to being diuretic and detoxifying, pineapples are also full of vitamins (in particular, C, B1, B6, folic acid) and minerals (sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, manganese and iron).

Pineapples contain a very large percentage of water by weight, and a significant amount of fiber too. This, added to the fact that they’re very low in calories, makes them a perfect fruit. Much of the health benefits of pineapple are due to an enzyme called bromelain. This enzyme improves digestion and has the ability to destroy intestinal parasites.

They’re one of the tastiest tropical fruits in the world. Their sweet, refreshing taste makes them great for the whole family. Plus, pineapples are rich in antioxidants and essential nutrients that your body needs.

Don’t forget that your body accumulates a large amount of toxins and waste as a result of a poor diet, pollution, and chemical products. Luckily, pineapples have the ability to remove harmful substances from your body.

Why is bromelain so good?
