  • Add the baking soda in a glass of warm water and mix well.

Aloe vera

  • 4 tablespoons of aloe vera gel (60 g)
  • 1 glass of water (200 ml)

What should you do?

  • Remove the gel from an aloe leaf and process it in the blender together with a glass of water.
  • Strain and serve.
  • Administer this drink when symptoms are present, or before sleeping.

  • 1 tablespoon of ginger root (15 g)
  • 1 cup of water (250 ml)

What should you do?

  • Boil the water in a container. While it is hot, slice a ginger root into small pieces.
  • Pour the pieces of root in the boiling water and let stand for 10 minutes.
  • After the indicated time passes, you may drink it.
  • You can drink this drink once a day.
