  • 3 egg whites
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 cup of water (250 ml)
  • ½ cup of sugar (60 g)
  • 2 cups of whipped cream (240 ml)
  • 1 bar of chocolate (200 g)
  • 1 glass of the juice of half an orange (80 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons of grated chocolate as a garnish (30 g)
  • 1 spoonful of orange liqueur (15 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon of almonds as a garnish (15 g)


  • Start by melting the chocolate by using a water bath in a small pot and set it to the side in a warm place.
  • Then, in a medium-sized bowl, beat the egg whites until it gets a snowy appearance. (Try using an electric beater to make it easier for you).
