Shrimp tacos with sauteed tomatoes

This recipe combines mayonnaise and homemade aioli in a way that will make your mouth water. If you want something that isn’t as strong, you can use light sour cream or cream cheese seasoned with powdered garlic and chopped chives.
Ingredients
1 cup of sour cream or cream cheese (8 ounces)
1 red pepper
1/2 green pepper
1 red onion
Salt, pepper, and powdered garlic to taste
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil (1 ounce)
Washed and peeled shrimp (14 ounces)
8 corn tortillas
Sunflower seed oil for frying
1 egg
Flour
Bread crumbs
Instructions:
First, peel and slice your onions julienne style. Then, add the onions along with the shrimp and peppers to a frying pan previously greased with extra virgin olive oil and sautee. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Then, prepare your tacos, spreading cream cheese or sour cream on each tortilla, and adding a portion of shrimp along with your sauteed vegetables.
For the breaded version, coat each taco in flour, egg, and bread crumbs.
Then, allow the tacos to set in the refrigerator for half an hour to keep them from opening up during the frying process.
Pour an abundant amount of sunflower seed oil into a frying pan. Once it’s hot enough, add your tacos one at a time until they brown.
Once you remove your tacos from the heat, place them on a plate with a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
This recipe tasted great along with a honey-mustard sauce. You can also opt for a topping with sauteed seasonal vegetables.

1 finely chopped garlic clove
Iceberg lettuce, washed and cut

1/4 red onion
1 ripe avocado
The juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste

With the help of a mortar, mash the avocado until you have a smooth paste.
Peel the onion, chop finely, and add to the avocado.
Add lemon juice, powdered garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.

Now, to prepare your taco filling, peel and chop the garlic. Then, add it to a frying pan with hot olive oil and cook for several minutes until golden.
