  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder (10 g)
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder (10 g)

Preparation

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 glass of milk (100 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (5 g)
  • 1/2 glass of light olive oil (100 ml)
  • 1/2 cup of flour (50 g)

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 375ºF.

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF on convection bake.
  2. Then, beat the butter or margarine with the sugar in a large bowl until you have a creamy mixture.
  3. Next, add the egg and continue beating.
  4. Add the vanilla extract or cinnamon.
  5. Next, add the oats.
  6. Then, incorporate the sifted flour little by little.
  7. Knead the dough with both hands until you have a compact mixture that doesn’t stick.
  8. Make it into a ball, then refrigerate it for 15 minutes.
  9. Then, stretch the dough out with a rolling pin on a floured table. Roll it out until it’s about 1/2 inch thick.
