How should you do it?

  • One good option is to prepare a combination of any of the above oils with rosemary oil. The latter helps speed up the process, providing significant benefits to your hair.
  • Apply a little oil to your entire scalp and massage it gently, applying light pressure with your fingers.
  • This treatment should be repeated once or twice a week.


This plant has become popular in recent years thanks to its effectiveness in fighting hair loss. Fenugreek seeds contain estrogen and other components that are similar to the female hormone, improving hair growth and helping to rebuild the hair follicles. Fenugreek also provides protein and nicotinic acid that stimulate natural hair growth.

How should you use it?

  • Add some fenugreek seeds to a cup of water to soak overnight.
  • In the morning, mash the softened seeds into a paste.

Onion juice

  • Grate an onion and press out the juice, then apply it directly to the scalp. Leave it on for 30 minutes, and then rinse well to remove any residual odors.
  • Another option is to mix three tablespoons of onion juice with two tablespoons of aloe gel. Apply this mixture to your entire scalp, and leave it on for half an hour before rinsing.
