  • When they’ve cooled, squeeze the juice from them and then mix with the honey.

5. Thyme, lemon and honey

  • 1 cup of water (250 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme (5 g)
  • The juice from 1/2 lemon

  • Boil the cup of water and, once it starts to boil, turn off the flame and add the thyme.
  • Cover the liquid and let steep for 10 minutes.
  • Strain and add the lemon juice and honey.
