Preparation

  • First, preheat the oven to 180ºC/350ºF.
  • Beat the eggs.
  • After, add the beer yeast and sunflower oil.
  • Add the liquid sweetener, the lemon zest and the yogurt.
  • Then, mix well.
  • Pour some on the bottom and sides of the baking pan.
  • Put the batter in the oven for 40 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 100 grams of 0% fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup of yogurt (about 200 g)
  • 125 ml skim milk
  • 20 g cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons of liquid sweetener (about 30 ml)
  • Strawberries (to taste)

Preparation

  • First, preheat the oven to 200ºC/400ºF.
  • Then, mix the cream cheese, yogurt, and milk in an oven-safe pan.
  • Add the cornstarch and liquid sweetener.
  • After, put the cake in the oven for 30 minutes.
  • Cut the strawberries.
  • Remove the cake, take it out of the pan, and cover it with strawberries.
  • Chill it in the freezer until it’s ready to serve it.

3. Blueberry Muffins

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder (5 g)
  • Lemon zest (to taste)
  • Blueberries (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup sunflower oil (100 g)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (25 g)
  • 3 tablespoons of liquid sweetener (30 ml)

Preparation

  • First, preheat the oven to 200ºC/400ºF.
  • Then, cut the blueberries in very small pieces.
  • Mix the sweetener and the sunflower oil in a large bowl.
  • Add the eggs one by one while mixing continuously.
  • When you have a homogeneous mixture, add the honey, lemon zest, and blueberries.
  • Then, sift the pastry flour and baking powder and add it to the mix.
  • Keep on mixing until it becomes doughy.
  • Put a little bit of oil in the pan.
  • Add the dough to the pan.
  • Place in oven for 30 minutes.
