Exercise will occupy your mind and help you burn calories, on top of eliminating toxins and revitalizing your body. If you’re not very athletic, it’s enough to walk for just 30 minutes three times a week.
As you progress, you can increase the duration and intensity of your workout.
Eliminate artificial sweeteners
We’ve heard so much about the dangers of sugar for our bodies that you might think artificial sweeteners are a good alternative. This is not as good an idea as you might think.
In most cases it’s even worse because the empty calories come from chemicals. The problem is that they accumulate in your body and lead to weight gain.
Always have fresh food available
A good way to detox sugar is by not have sugary things on hand in the first place. When you’re detoxing your body, remove all possibility of interrupting the process from your sight!
Make a list of permitted foods and shop only from this list. This way you won’t have access to processed foods. To fight cravings for sweets, try eating some nuts.
