1. Refreshing detox water with watermelon and strawberries

This is one of my favourite water recipes for losing weight because of its delicious and refreshing taste. In addition, watermelon helps maintain low blood pressure, improves insulin response and reduces muscle wasting.

Strawberries are full of antioxidants, which makes them ideal for improving your overall health.


  • 4 cups of watermelon
  • 6 strawberries
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 1 litre of water


  • Blend all the ingredients and refrigerate.
  • Drink throughout the day.

2. Dark chocolate and mint smoothie

This second detox drinks allows you to enjoy the sweet taste of chocolate without the slightest concern. The best thing is that you can satisfy that sweet craving without worrying about sugar or fat. We recommend that you choose cocoa or dark chocolate, ideally at 75%.

Due to the large amount of calories and energy provided by banana and chocolate, it’s best to drink this smoothie in the morning.


  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 2 tsps. of cocoa or grated dark chocolate
  • ¼ tsp. mint extract


  • Blend all the ingredients until you get a creamy consistency.
  • Drink straight away

3. Raspberry and orange water

This detox water combines two ingredients with extraordinary flavour. In case that doesn’t seem enough, you should know that they are a good source of vitamin C.

In addition to being a detox drink, this water fights inflammation, the effects of premature aging and seasonal flu.


  • 1 sliced ​​orange
  • a cup of raspberries
  • 1 litre of water


  • Add the raspberries and the orange to the water.
  • Put in the refrigerator and let stand for 2 hours.
  • Drink

4. High fibre almond smoothie

The body is more receptive to foods that are liquid or semi-liquid. This is because the nutrients are already released and are easy to absorb.

This smoothie is rich in omega-3 fats, antioxidants, fibre and easily digested carbohydrates. You’ll discover that green vegetable-based smoothies are not the only source of protein. However, this shake also includes them to make sure you increase your fibre intake.

We recommend this smoothie for those days when you feel very hungry or have done a lot of physical activity.


  • 1 large peeled and frozen banana
  • a cup of almond milk
  • 1 tbsp. of almond butter
  • one tsp. of chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. of cocoa powder

5. Water of blackberries and lavender

Blackberries are rich in antioxidants and low in sugar so you don’t have to worry about glucose. Lavender will help reduce stress, fight inflammation, soften the skin and prevent atherosclerosis.

When buying the ingredients, make sure that the lavender is naturally harvested.


  • 1 litre of water
  • a cup of blackberries
  • 5 sprigs of lavender
  • Ice cubes


  • Boil the water and when it boils, remove it from heat.
  • Add the berries and lavender.
  • Let it stand for 20 minutes.
  • Add the ice and drink to refresh yourself.

6. Coffee and banana smoothies

Bananas, yogurt, and coffee have something in common: they’re a delicious breakfast and a perfect source of energy. With this shake this effect is easy to obtain along with a good dose of protein.

The reason why this last detox drink helps is because of its satiating effect. Although it’s delicious, with just a small portion you’ll feel satisfied for several hours.


  • 30 ml of espresso coffee
  • 1 ripe banana
  • a cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. flaxseed
  • one tsp. of honey
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 2 ice cubes


  • Blend everything and drink immediately.
