But do you do this in the best way? Do you allow the hands of “fate” to cure you of all that pain? It’s important to let time heal, but it won’t cure a thing if you don’t work for it.
The responsibility for healing is your own, not time’s.
Pain needs its own time
It would be unreasonable to believe that you can solve a problem or heal a wound within a given, short timeframe. Life isn’t like that. In addition, you can’t predict how long that period of “healing” will even take.Given all this, there is one thing that you must never do, which is living in the past and leaving your wound open forever. Give your pain some time. Maybe a month, maybe more than a month, and maybe even a year will be needed. Everything depends on the source of the pain.
But don’t rush yourself. Everything will be fine, and when you heal you’ll know it. You’ll be able to look at that scar without feeling anything anymore.

Although time is necessary, there’s one thing you must never do: sit back and expect it to take care of everything. There are many people who have left the solution to their problems to “fate,” or assumed that only time would heal their wounds.Life doesn’t work that way. You have to take control of your life and make an effort to help in the healing process. Time alone does not have the power to be fully responsible for what happens to you.
