  • 2 cups of water (500 ml)

  • Pour the water basin and soak your feet in it for 20 minutes.

6. Apple cider vinegar

  • 3 cups of water (750 ml)
  • 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar (62 ml)

  • Add the apple cider vinegar and stir so that it is well-mixed.

  • Soak your feet for 20 minutes and then dry.
