How do I use apple cider vinegar?

Do not apply apple cider vinegar directly to the skin as acetic acid may cause a negative reaction.  It is recommended to first dilute the vinegar with an equal amount of water.

You can apply compresses made with the diluted vinegar for 15 minutes to the affected area.  After 15 minutes, soak the cloth in fresh solution.

Apple cider vinegar baths are another option.  Just add two cups of vinegar to the bath water.
