  • 1 cup of water (for soaking, 200 ml)
  • 1 liter of water (for blending)

  • In the morning, discard the soaking water and add the seeds to your blender along with the liter of water. You can also substitute the water for soy milk or a similar alternative.
  • Process for a few minutes until the water takes on a whitish color.
  • Strain the liquid using a cheesecloth to remove any seed husks from the milk.
  • Store it in a cool place or in the fridge.
