  • Right after you get up, you should drink two-four cups of water before you brush your teeth or have anything to eat. Drink it slowly and take short breaks between each cup.
  • Then, you can brush your teeth and get moving, but try not to eat for another 45 minutes.
  • Once 45 minutes have passed, you can have your normal breakfast.
  • After breakfast, don’t eat anything for another two hours.
  • If you don’t think you can drink so many cups of water immediately after you wake up, try starting out with a glass or two and then increase your intake until you reach the recommended amount.
