  • ½ cup of bee’s wax (100 g)
  • 2 tablespoons of ground cayenne pepper (30 g)
  • 1 cup of almond oil (200 g)

Utensils

  • A heat-proof dish
  • Wooden spoon
  • A hermetic glass jar or bottle

Preparation

  • Pour the bee’s wax into a heat-proof dish and melt it in a Bain-marie.
  • Once melted, add the cayenne pepper and the almond oil.
  • Reduce the heat to the minimum setting and stir the mixture with the wooden spoon.
  • Leave it for 10 minutes and then turn off the heat.
  • Leave the mixture to rest at room temperature and store it in a tightly-sealed glass jar before it solidifies.

How to Apply

  • Take some ointment in your hands and spread it over the painful joint.

Utensils

  • A heat-proof dish
  • Wooden spoon
  • Glass jar

Preparation

  • Pour the cayenne pepper, turmeric, and ginger into the heat-proof dish.
  • Add the cup of grapeseed oil then heat the mixture in a bain-marie on minimum heat.
  • Stir with the wooden spoon until everything is well mixed. Then, add the bee’s wax and leave it to melt.
  • When everything is well mixed, remove it from the heat and leave it to cool for 10 minutes.
  • Store the mixture in a glass jar and leave it in a cool dark place.

How to Apply

  • Spread the ointment over the affected area and rub it for 5 minutes.
  • Leave it to absorb well, and then if you think you need to, rinse off the excess.
  • Use this up to twice a day.
