  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar (20 ml)

Method

  • Mix the vinegar and honey into the cup of warm water and drink the mixture half an hour before bed.

2. Banana peels

Tea made from banana peels contains high levels of tryptophan, a substance that helps boost melatonin levels.

  • A banana peel
  • 1 cup of water (250 ml)

Method

4. Lettuce tea

  • 3  lettuce leaves

  • Filter the liquid with a colander, add the spoonful of honey and drink the remedy before bed.

5. Chamomile tea
