6 Amazing Remedies for Reducing Stretch Marks

  • 1 Tbsp. sugar (10 grams)
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (10 grams)
  • 1 Tbsp. almond oil (15 grams)

What to do

  • Pour the sugar into a bowl and mix with the lemon juice.
  • Add the almond oil and make sure to mix it into a thick paste.
  • Apply the product with soft, circular massages, and allow to sit for 15 minutes.
  • Rinse and repeat three times a week.

2. Aloe vera

Aloe vera is a known remedy four nourishing and restoring skin. Aloe vera has antioxidant and moisturizing substances that promote cellular regeneration and help in reducing stretch marks.


  • 1/2 c. aloe vera gel (100 grams)
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil (28 grams)

What to do

  • Put the aloe vera gel into a blender with the olive oil and blend for a few minutes.
  • Once blended into an even mixture, apply to the areas that have stretch marks and allow to set for 20 minutes.
  • Wash away with warm water and repeat every day.

3. Almond oil

This essential oil contains a large amount of vitamin E and increases skin elasticity and firmness.

We suggest combining it with a bit of olive oil to make it more beneficial for this type of aesthetic problem.


  • 1/2 c. almond oil (112 grams)
  • 1/4 c. olive oil (56 grams)

What to do

  • Mix the two oils in a container and use however much necessary to treat the affected skin.
  • Pour it into the palms of your hands and gently massage it into your legs, abdomen and glutes.
  • Repeat every night.

4. Coconut oil

The medium-chain fatty acids in coconut oil are perfect for stimulating blood circulation and accelerating skin regeneration.

It has moisturizing and antioxidant properties that maintain stable levels of collagen and elastin, which prevent fibers from breaking.


  • 1/2 c. coconut oil (120 grams)
  • 1 Tbsp. Cocoa butter (15 grams)

What to do

  • Place the coconut oil and cocoa butter in a double boiler.
  • Once both are melted and stirred together, remove from heat and pour into a glass jar.
  • Wait until the product solidifies and use however much you need to treat your skin.
  • You don’t need to rinse it off and you can use it every night.

5. Potato juice

The vitamins and minerals contained in potato juice make it a great ally for reducing scars and stretch marks.

Its properties encourage cellular repair and increase the production of collagen to prevent flaccidity.


  • 1 potato

What to do

  • Slice the potato and place on the area with the stretch marks.
  • Wait for 10 minutes for the juice to work, then rinse.
  • Use every day.

6. Marigold oil


Marigold oil is a soft skin product that can reduce the presence of wrinkles, skin marks and stretch marks.

It’s prepared with the flower petals combined with the famous extra-virgin olive oil.


  • 3 handfuls of marigold petals
  • 1 c. olive oil (224 grams)

What to do

  • Place the flower petals in a dark jar and pour the olive oil on them.
  • Steep for 21 days and then filter.
  • Moisturize the palms of your hands with the liquid and apply to any marks you want to erase.
  • Store the remaining product in a dark place and use at night.
