In fact, it’s estimated that thousands of women around the world spend large amounts of money on creams, lotions, and other types of beauty products.

However, there are natural home remedies that can help you get the same results, without having to spend as much money.

Due to the fact that a lot of people want to save money, or haven’t been able to treat their skin because of a lack of resources, today you can read about 5 good options for rejuvenating skin within a matter of weeks.

Let’s take a look!

1. Lemon treatment for rejuvenating skin

Lemon treatment

Lemon juice contains a high concentration of vitamin C, which is a powerful antioxidant that protects skin from free radical damage. Citrus acid reduces blemishes and other signs of skin aging, which develop as a reaction to exposure to toxins.

  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 2 Tbsp. of honey (50 grams)

  • Combine the lemon juice with two tablespoons of honey.
  • Rub on the skin, in a massaging motion.
  • Let it sit for 15 minutes, then rinse.
  • Repeat three times a week.
  • Use only at night, because after application the sun could create undesirable effects.

2. Papaya treatment for rejuvenating skin

Papaya is a source of significant amounts of vitamins A, C, and E, enzymes, and antioxidants that rejuvenate and moisturize skin. They contain alpha hydroxy acids which remove dead skin cells and all kinds of blemishes caused by environmental pollution. It can also be used to treat acne and skin irritation.

  • 1 slice of papaya
  • 1 Tbsp. of honey (25 grams)
  • 1/2 Tbsp. of lemon juice (2 mL)

  • Crush the papaya slice and mix the puree with the honey and lemon juice.
  • After cleaning your face, gently massage the product over your skin and allow to sit for 15 minutes.
  • Remove with warm water and use twice a week.
  • Try to use this before going to bed so that it continues to work while you rest.
