- 1 pinch of salt
- 5 large carrots
- 2 tbsp. of honey
- Firstly, extract the juice from the 5 carrots by putting them in a juicer
- Then, mix this juice with the honey and drink it immediately
- In case you want it without honey, consider preparing it with carrots cooked in water (as this way they acquire a very sweet taste)
4. Basil extract and honey
According to popular belief, another drink that can be useful in cases of low blood pressure is a mixture of basil extract and honey. All you need to make it is:
- 15 basil leaves
- ¼ c. of water
- 1 tbsp. of honey
- Firstly, chop the basil leaves
- Then, put them in a cloth or colander so you can squeeze their juice out
- Put the liquid you get in the water then add the honey
5. Water with lime, salt, and sugar
This drink combines the properties of lime with salt and sugar. This helps you improve your low blood pressure. This is especially true when it has to do with dehydration.

- 1 c. of water
- 1/4 tsp. of salt
- 3 tbsp. of lime juice

- Then, drink fresh or with some ice
