5 Natural Juices to Regulate Your Blood Sugar

  • 4 tablespoons of soft tofu (48 g)
  • The juice of 2 oranges
  • 1 tablespoon of grated ginger root (10 g)


  • Squeeze the juice from the two oranges and add it to the blender along with the blueberries, tofu, and ginger.
  • Blend everything for a few minutes until you get a homogeneous beverage.

  • 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries (100 g)
  • 2 pineapple slices
  • 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt (60 g)

3. Spinach and celery juice

  • 2 cups of spinach (60 g)
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 green apple
  • 1/2 cup of water (100 g)
  • 1 cucumber


  • Wash and chop all the ingredients for this juice.
  • If you have a juicer, pass the carrot, apple, and cucumber through it.
  • Add everything to the blender and process until you get a smooth beverage.
  • Drink this on an empty stomach at least three times a week.

4. Watercress, tomato, and parsley juice

While this beverage doesn’t taste as good as the others, its properties make it one of the best options for fighting diabetes and uncontrolled sugar levels.


  • 6 watercress sprigs
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 green apples
  • 1/2 cup of water (100 ml)


  • Wash all ingredients well, slice the apples, and remove the seeds.
  • Add everything to the blender and process for a few minutes.
  • When you’ve obtained a homogeneous beverage, sip it slowly, preferably on an empty stomach.

5. Banana, apple, and cabbage juice


This delicious beverage will lower high blood sugar levels and prevent the onset of diabetes. Its regular consumption improves your body’s natural detox, controls inflammation, and stimulates your metabolism to help you lose weight more easily.


  • 2 bananas
  • 2 green apples
  • 5 kiwis
  • 2 cups of red cabbage (60 g)
  • 1/2 liter of water


  • Peel the bananas and wash and slice the green apples.
  • Slice the kiwis and add them to the blender along with the bananas and green apples.
  • Add the cabbage and the half liter of water.
  • Blend everything for a few minutes or until the ingredients are well integrated.
