  • Strain it and pour it into a tub or sitz bath.

Instructions

2. Oxygenated Water

You probably already know that oxygenated water has compounds that help to disinfect wounds. What you might not realize is that it’s also really effective for treating vaginal yeast infections.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of water (750 ml)
  • 5 tablespoons of oxygenated water 3% (75 ml)

Preparation

3. Mallow

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons of mallow leaves (75 g)
  • 3 cups of water (750 ml)

Preparation

  • Add the mallow leaves to the water and bring to the boil.
  • Once boiling, turn off the heat and leave it to rest.
  • Once the mixture is warm, pour it through a colander and into a tub or sitz bath.

Instructions

  • Have a sitz bath with the solution for 5 minutes.

4. Cranberries

Drinking organic cranberry juice is a great way to accelerate the alleviation of vaginal yeast infections. Although it’s not an external solution, it can still help balance the vaginal flora.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of cranberries (75 g)
  • Water (as required)

Preparation

  • Wash the cranberries and put them in a blender.
  • Add a little water to help process them.

5. Comfrey

  • Bring the water to the boil and then remove from the heat. Leave it to rest at room temperature.
  • Once warm, filter it with a colander and pour it into a spray bottle.

Instructions

  • Spray the product on the outside of the vagina and leave it to be absorbed without rinsing.
  • Use it 2 or 3 times per day to prolong the soothing effect.
  • As an option, you can also use this solution in a sitz bath.

Don’t forget that you need to combine these remedies with good hygiene habits. Avoid using irritating products and wear cotton underwear.
