That’s why it’s important to protect yourself early on and make sure the lenses in your sunglasses are high quality.

2. Sleeping in your contact lenses

There are some contact lenses that won’t cause problems if you wear them to sleep.

Most of them, however, aren’t suitable for sleeping with. This is because they prevent the cornea from getting the amount of oxygen it needs. Consequently, this can lead to corneal edema and ulcers.

5. Sleeping in your makeup
