  • 1 beet
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. fennel (15 grams)
  • 1 glass water (200 mL)

Directions

  • First, wash all ingredients well.  It’s important to cut both the beet and carrots into tiny pieces so that they’re easier to juice.
  • Squeeze the juice out of the lemon and put it in the blender.  Mix with all other ingredients, along with the glass of water.  Don’t forget to include the piece of fennel, which is wonderful for treating the liver.
  • Once ready, you can drink this 2 to 3 times a week during the first few hours of the day.

2. Grapefruit, plum and orange

  • 1 grapefruit
  • 1 orange
  • 3 plums
  • 1 glass water (200 mL)
  • 1 Tbsp. honey (25 grams) (optional)

Directions

  • This natural juice is great for starting the day.  Always choose organic fruit that has been grown as naturally as possible, free from pesticides and preservatives.
  • Squeeze the juice from the lemon and orange, then peel the plums and cut into pieces.
  • Place these items in the blender along with the water, then mix into a uniform liquid.  If necessary, add the tablespoon of honey to sweeten this delicious drink, thereby helping your liver health.

3. Cucumber, kale and lemon juice

  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 cup kale (100 grams)
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 cup Swiss chard (100 grams)
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon zest (20 grams)
  • 1 glass water (200 mL)

Directions

  • This juice is easy to make.  Start by squeezing the lemon.  Then use a grater to remove 20 grams of zest, then set aside.  The zest will be included after the drink is made, to maintain its healing properties.
  • Add the cup of kale, Swiss chard, the half cucumber, lemon juice and glass of water to the blender.

  • To make the juice, wash all ingredients well and cut them into small pieces to make the blending easier.  You don’t need to peel the apple.
  • Add all ingredients to the blender.  Don’t forget the grated ginger.  Blend until smooth.
  • To make it easier to drink, mix with one glass of water.  Enjoy!

5. Natural coconut water, beet and carrot juice

  • 1 glass coconut water (200 mL)
  • 1 beet
  • 2 carrots

Directions

  • This natural drink is highly recommended for liver care and for strengthening liver function.  The coconut water is rich in enzymes, vitamins and minerals, which helps improve detoxification.
  • To start, wash the carrots and beet.  Cut into small pieces and blend, as in previous recipes, in the blender.
