A poor diet that is high in unnatural fats undoubtedly creates stress on the liver.

Also, alcohol and even taking a lot of medications directly affect liver function.

Nutritionists recommend eating foods from all food groups, from whole grains to fresh fruits, vegetables, fiber, protein, and even a healthy amount of good fats, which could include olive oil, salmon or avocados.

Today we would like to explain what the best natural drinks are that can be included in your diet to improve liver function. Let’s take a look.
