The first three-day detox diet will help cleanse one of the most important organs for your health: the liver. It consists on mixing healthy and fresh ingredients which eliminate waste that build up in the liver and purify it. You can add this diet as part of your eating habits once a month.

Breakfast smoothie


  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • 2 squeezed grapefruits
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 cup of coconut water (250 ml)


  • Blend and drink.

Brunch Salad


  • ½ avocado
  • 1 cup of lettuce (50 g)
  • ½ orange cut into wedges
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil (5 g)
  • 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar (5 ml)


  • Mix all ingredients, dress with oil and vinegar, then eat!

Dinner smoothie


  • 1 carrot
  • 1 stick of celery
  • ½ cup of spinach (15 g)
  • 1 cup of almond milk (250 ml)


  • Blend until you get a smooth mixture, then drink.

2. Detox Juice Diet

The second three-day detox diet works to cleanse and rest your digestive system. It’ll be beneficial when having problems caused by a poor diet, such as:

What does this diet consist of?

Day 1 smoothie


  • 6 apples
  • 2 large beets
  • ½ celery stick
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 squeezed lemons
  • 2 tomatos
  • 5 medium-sized carrots


  • Wash and blend all ingredients.
  • Keep the smoothie in the fridge and drink throughout the day.

Day 2 smoothie


  • 4 apples
  • 3 cucumbers
  • 1 cup of parsley (30 g)
  • 2 cups of spinach (60 g)
  • ½ celery stick
  • 1 teaspoon of ground ginger (3 g)


  • Blend all ingredients and drink throughout the day.

Day 3 smoothie


  • 2 large beets
  • ½ celery stick
  • 3 apples
  • 2 squeezed oranges
  • ½ cup of lettuce (15 g)
  • 5 carrots
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (3 g)


  • Blend all ingredients and store in the refrigerator.
  • Drink the smoothie throughout the day.

3. Detox Soup Diet

Cleanse your body with healthy soup

The soup in these diest contains potassium, an element alkalize and help get rid of toxins in your cells. It also provides soluble fiber which stimulates the secretion of bile and insoluble fiber which promotes intestinal movement.

Once you’ve finished the diet, your immune system will be stronger and you’ll have a lower risk of contracting illnesses. To follow this detox diet, you are required to eat the following soup five times a day.

Broccoli Soup


  • 2 cups of broccoli (300 g)
  • 2 stems of celery
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 cups of fat-free chicken stock (500 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil (5 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds (15 g)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)


  • Dice all vegetables.
  • Heat the oil in a deep pan and sauté the vegetables.
  • Add chick stock and season with salt and pepper to your taste.
  • Set the flame on medium heat until it reaches a boil, then consume.

4. Detox Diet to Cleanse your Body

The final three-day detox diet is designed to cleanse your body before you begin a new healthy diet. Detoxification will help your affected organs, such as the liver and stomach, to function more effectively. Once you’ve completely detoxed your body, you will feel light and with more energy.

It’s important not to use these diets for too long. You’ll probably feel low on energy for a while, so avoid excessive exercise.

Morning and Night Infusion


  • 1 glass of boiling water (200 ml)
  • 1 squeezed lemon
  • 5 leaves of fresh mint
  • 1 teaspoon of ground ginger (3 g)


  • Pour ingredients in a glass of water and let it to set for 5 minutes.
  • Strain it and drink.



  • 1 carrot, cut into small rows
  • ½ cucumber, cut into small rows
  • 2 celery sticks, cut into small rows
  • 1 teaspoon of cream cheese (5 g)


  • Mix vegetables and accompany with cream cheese.



  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 tomato
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil (5 g)


  • Peel the ingredients, mix them, and eat.
