Preparation

  • Blend all ingredients and store in the refrigerator.

3. Detox Soup Diet

The soup in these diest contains potassium, an element alkalize and help get rid of toxins in your cells. It also provides soluble fiber which stimulates the secretion of bile and insoluble fiber which promotes intestinal movement.

Broccoli Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of broccoli (300 g)
  • 2 stems of celery
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 cups of fat-free chicken stock (500 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil (5 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds (15 g)

  • Heat the oil in a deep pan and sauté the vegetables.
  • Add chick stock and season with salt and pepper to your taste.
  • Set the flame on medium heat until it reaches a boil, then consume.

4. Detox Diet to Cleanse your Body

The final three-day detox diet is designed to cleanse your body before you begin a new healthy diet. Detoxification will help your affected organs, such as the liver and stomach, to function more effectively. Once you’ve completely detoxed your body, you will feel light and with more energy.

It’s important not to use these diets for too long. You’ll probably feel low on energy for a while, so avoid excessive exercise.

Morning and Night Infusion

  • 2 celery sticks, cut into small rows

Preparation

  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 tomato
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil (5 g)

  • Peel the ingredients, mix them, and eat.
