  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil (60 ml).
  • 4 skinned and chopped garlic cloves (35 g).

Preparation

  • You will need a bowl to mix everything.
  • Add the breadcrumbs, grated cheese, garlic, parsley and oil, then well.

  • 1 onion (75 g).
  • 1 tablespoon of salt (25 g).
  • 5 cups of mushrooms (500 g).

  • 2 sprigs of parsley, chopped (10 g).
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil (30 g).
  • 2 and a 1/2 cups of white wine (230 ml).
  • 4 cloves of garlic, skinned and chopped (40 g).

Instructions

  • With a pestle and mortar, thoroughly grind the garlic, almonds and parsley.
  • Fry the onions with salt and a splash of olive oil in a frying pan, until they turn golden.
