10 Exercises and Foods for Good Vision

Keeping your eyes hydrated is fundamental for taking care of your eyesight. Also, our diet also plays a crucial role when it comes to providing ourselves with the necessary nutrients to keep them healthy

There are a series of exercises that will help us have good eyesight. If you want to improve your vision, pay attention to them because you will notice a difference.

1. Blinking rapidly for 2 minutes

With an exercise as simple as blinking rapidly for 2 minutes, you will noticeably be able to improve your blood circulation in the body.

2. Look to your right while moving your eyes

Look to your right and move your eyes in a straight line. Then you will have to do the same thing in the opposite direction.

3. Close your eyes and try to relax

It will also be very important that you close your eyes and try to relax. Darkness will help the correct development of the light sensitive cells in the rhodopsin.

With your eyes open, draw some simple shapes and then do the same with more complex ones.

8. Close your eyes and move your eyeballs

Close your eyes slowly and move your eyeballs up and down. Repeat this process between five and ten times.

9. Focus on close objects

Another very useful exercise is focusing your attention on objects that are close to you.

Position yourself and focus your view on a close object and then move your view to an object that is closer (or further). Repeat this procedure ten times.

10. Move your head

If you move your head around from side to side and up and down, you will be able to activate your blood circulation.

In addition to practicing these exercises, you can also eat a series of foods that will help you improve your vision. They are the following.

Green leaf vegetables

Green leaf vegetables are rick in beta-carotenes, fundamentals for vitamin A formation.

It is a vitamins that generates retinol, something that helps with retina formation and with the prevention of dry eye syndrome.

Melon
