Natural deodorants can be a good option in specific cases, as long as your dermatologist authorizes it. Otherwise, we don’t recommend using them, as you can suffer from adverse reactions, such as irritation, allergies, etc.

If you suffer from sensitive skin or atopic dermatitis, it’s best to not go for natural alternatives and use what your doctor prescribed.

On the other hand, you must take into account that, although popular wisdom recommends the use of substances such as baking soda, this doesn’t mean that it’s a good option, since this product is very abrasive and can damage the skin, especially if you use it regularly.
