Homemade creams for beautiful eyes

The contour of your eyes — the outer area — is often the first to show signs of aging or even smiling too much. The cold, dehydration, sun, and aging can cause the appearance of fine lines known as crow’s feet, and sometimes even cause the slight swelling of the tissue around that area. Below are a few homemade creams that can help you get beautiful eyes.

1. Aloe vera and grapeseed oil

Grape seeds? This may surprise you but grape seeds are the best-kept secret in beautiful eyes. Grape seed oil is an essential oil that can be found at any market. Adding it to aloe vera makes a better remedy than those expensive creams sold at beauty stores.

To prepare the cream you only need a tablespoon of aloe vera and two drops of grape seed oil and a teaspoon of royal jelly. Mix them together and let them set. This mixture will last you a few days if you apply it all over the contour of your eyes in a massaging motion before bed.

2. Olive oil and cocoa powder

This is another great way to hydrate the area around your eyes and treat crow’s feet. Cocoa powder can be found at any health food store, it’s cheap and provides several benefits.

You’ll only need a tablespoon. Melt it over warm heat and add a few drops of olive oil.  Then massage it into the contour of your eyes. This mixture should last you about three days. Massage into the area for the best benefits.

3. Yogurt and green tea

Add two tablespoons of white yogurt and mix well. Place in the refrigerator to cool. Apply below the eyes to treat the bags and swelling.

4. Cucumber and vaseline

Cucumbers and vaseline are two ingredients that you should have at home. They both act as hydrators that tone and replenish skin so it has a healthy appearance. So how do you use them? Finely chop two cucumber slices. With the help of a fork, mash the cucumber into the vaseline until you get a fine paste. Place in the refrigerator for a few minutes to cool.

Use in the mornings or before bed for about ten minutes, you’ll notice a huge difference. Those baggy eyes will go away and your wrinkles will become less noticeable.
